What Is Pokemon Ultimate Fusion?
Pokemon Ultimate Fusion is a fusion generator that rolls only legendary, mythical and other rare Pokemon. Every random roll fuses two of the 125 strongest and rarest Pokemon, so each result is a boss-level fusion with a high BST.
The ultimate fusion pool has 125 Pokemon from Generation 1 to Generation 9, which gives 15,625 possible ultimate fusions. You can type any of the 1,025 Pokemon into the boxes by hand; only the Random Pair button is limited to the legendary pool.
How to Make an Ultimate Fusion
To make an ultimate fusion, press Random Pair for two random legendaries, or pick them yourself and press Ultimate Fuse. There are 4 steps:
- Press Random Pair to roll a random legendary head and body.
- Or pick two legendaries by name, for example Mewtwo and Rayquaza.
- Press Ultimate Fuse to see the fused sprite, name, types, abilities, stats and type matchups.
- Invert the pair to check if the other order has a higher BST.
The page opens with Mewtwo + Rayquaza = Mewuaza, Psychic/Flying, with 152 Sp. Atk and 679 BST.

Strongest Ultimate Fusions
The strongest ultimate fusion is Eternatus + Arceus = Eterneus, with 714 BST. Arceus (720 BST) appears in most top fusions, since it has 120 in every stat. These are the 8 highest-BST fusions out of all 15,500 legendary pairs:
| # | Fusion | Name | Type | BST |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Eternatus + Arceus | Eterneus | Poison/Normal | 714 |
| 2 | Kyogre + Arceus | Kyoeus | Water/Normal | 712 |
| 3 | Lunala + Arceus | Luneus | Psychic/Normal | 711 |
| 4 | Arceus + Koraidon | Arcidon | Normal/Dragon | 710 |
| 5 | Giratina + Arceus | Giraeus | Ghost/Normal | 709 |
| 6 | Arceus + Groudon | Arcudon | Normal/Ground | 709 |
| 7 | Reshiram + Arceus | Resheus | Dragon/Normal | 709 |
| 8 | Ho-Oh + Arceus | Ho-eus | Fire/Normal | 708 |
Legendary Rival Fusions
Rival legendaries from the same game make the most popular ultimate fusions. Here are 6 rival pairs with real results:
- Kyogre + Groudon = Kyoudon: Water/Ground with 702 BST. The reverse, Grougre, has only 634 BST, a gap of 68 points from the order alone.
- Dialga + Palkia = Diakia: Steel/Dragon with 150 Sp. Atk and immunity to Poison.
- Zekrom + Reshiram = Zekiram: Dragon/Fire with Teravolt and Turboblaze in one Pokemon.
- Solgaleo + Lunala = Solgala: Psychic/Ghost with 137 HP, but 4× weak to Ghost and Dark.
- Zacian + Zamazenta = Zaczenta: Fairy/Fighting with 138 Speed.
- Koraidon + Miraidon = "Koraidon": the fused name is the same as the head's, and the typing is Fighting/Dragon.
Ultimate Fusions with the Fewest Weaknesses
The sturdiest ultimate fusions combine 680+ BST with only 1 weakness.
- Giratina + Arceus = Giraeus: Ghost/Normal, 709 BST, weak only to Dark, immune to Normal, Fighting and Ghost.
- Arceus + Regigigas = Arcgigas: Normal, 703 BST, weak only to Fighting, immune to Ghost.
- Kyogre + Groudon = Kyoudon: Water/Ground, 702 BST, weak only to Grass, immune to Electric.
- Palkia + Groudon = Paludon: Water/Ground, 695 BST, weak only to Grass, immune to Electric.
The Weakest Legendary Fusion
The weakest legendary fusion is Meltan + Cosmog = Melmog, with 243 BST. Both parents are baby or early-stage legendaries: Meltan has 300 BST and Cosmog has 200. A legendary label does not guarantee a strong fusion.
Legendary Fusions in Official Games and Infinite Fusion
Official Pokemon games fuse legendaries in 3 fixed pairs: Kyurem with Reshiram or Zekrom (Black 2 and White 2), Necrozma with Solgaleo or Lunala (Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon), and Calyrex with Glastrier or Spectrier (Sword and Shield). Pokemon Infinite Fusion lets you fuse legendaries you catch with DNA Splicers, and the stat and type rules match this generator. For in-game plans, read the strongest legendary fusions guide and use the Infinite Fusion Calculator.
Tips for Ultimate Fusions

- Invert every rival pair. Groudon and Kyogre differ by 68 BST between orders.
- Check 4× weaknesses before using a legendary fusion in battle.
- Use the shiny toggle for rare-looking boss designs.
