Terms of Service

By using Pokemon Fusion Pro (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The service

The Site provides free, browser-based tools to create Pokemon fusions and calculate fusion stats, plus guides about fan games. We may change, pause or remove any tool at any time.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not attack, overload, scrape at high volume or try to break the Site.
• Do not use the Site for anything illegal.
• Do not use the contact form to send spam or abusive messages.

3. Intellectual property and fan content

Pokemon Fusion Pro is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc. or The Pokémon Company. Pokémon names, characters and original sprites are the property of their respective owners and are used here for non-commercial fan purposes.

Fusion images you generate are fan works based on those properties. You may share them for personal, non-commercial use. Do not sell them or present them as official artwork.

The Site's own code, design and written content belong to Pokemon Fusion Pro.

4. Third-party links

Guides may link to third-party sites, such as official fan game communities. We are not responsible for their content, downloads or policies.

5. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Fusion stats and sprites are fan calculations and previews and may differ from any game.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pokemon Fusion Pro is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
