What is Pokémon Fusion?
Pokémon fusion is the fan-made idea of fusing two different species into one new Pokémon. The fused Pokémon takes the head (face and colors) of the first Pokémon and the body (shape and pose) of the second, plus a mixed name, a mixed typing and blended stats.
A Pokémon Fusion Generator is the online tool that does this for you. Pick two Pokémon, and the generator shows the result: Pikachu as the head and Charizard as the body gives Pikaizard, an Electric/Flying Pokémon with 96 base Speed. Swap the order and you get Chariachu, a Fire/Electric Pokémon with 89 Sp. Atk.
Pokémon Fusion Pro covers all 1,025 Pokémon from Generation 1 to Generation 9 and all 18 types. It is free, needs no account and works on any device: phone, tablet or computer.
How Our Pokémon Fusion Generator Works
Our Pokémon Fusion Generator works in 3 steps: you pick a head Pokémon, you pick a body Pokémon, and the fusion engine builds the hybrid in your browser. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is installed.
Why I Made This Fusion Generator
I made this fusion generator for Pokémon Infinite Fusion players and fan artists who want real numbers, not only a picture. Many fusion websites stop at Generation 1, load slowly on phones, or show a sprite with no stats.
This generator has 4 goals:
- Cover every generation: all 1,025 Pokémon, from Bulbasaur to Pecharunt.
- Show the math: every fused stat follows the Pokémon Infinite Fusion formula.
- Load fast: the site is static, so it opens quickly on school, work and mobile networks.
- Stay free: no sign-up, no download and no paywall.
How Does a Pokémon Fusion Generator Work?
A Pokémon Fusion Generator works by reading two Pokémon from a Pokémon database and combining their sprite, name, types and stats with fixed fusion rules. Our generator runs 5 steps:
- Loads the Pokédex data: names, types, abilities and base stats for 1,025 Pokémon, Generation 1 to Generation 9.
- Reads the Pokédex IDs: the head and body you pick become two Pokédex numbers, for example #25 and #6.
- Blends the sprite: the body's sprite keeps its shape and outline, and the head's color palette is painted on top.
- Calculates the stats: HP, Sp. Atk and Sp. Def use (2 × Head + Body) ÷ 3. Attack, Defense and Speed use (2 × Body + Head) ÷ 3.
- Sets the types: Type 1 is the head's first type, and Type 2 is the body's second type (or its only type).
The fusion name takes the first half of the head's name and the second half of the body's name, so Charmander + Squirtle becomes Charmrtle.
Create Your Own Pokémon Fusions
To create your own Pokémon fusions, pick two Pokémon in the generator at the top of this page and press Fuse Now! Every combination is unlocked from the start.
Select Your Pokémon
Select your Pokémon in the two boxes of the fusion generator. The Head Pokémon box sets the colors, Type 1, HP, Sp. Atk and Sp. Def. The Body Pokémon box sets the shape, Type 2, Attack, Defense and Speed. Type a name or a Pokédex number, or use the Gen 1 to Gen 9 chips to show one generation at a time.

Tips for Using the Infinite Fusion Generator
There are 6 tips that give better results in the Infinite Fusion generator:
- Swap head and body. Pikaizard (Electric/Flying) and Chariachu (Fire/Electric) come from the same two Pokémon but have different types and stats.
- Mix opposite styles. Fuse a fast electric Pokémon with a tough rock Pokémon to see how speed and bulk trade off.
- Mix types on purpose. Water and fire, like Charmrtle (Fire/Water), cover each other's weaknesses.
- Check 4× weaknesses. Chariachu is 4× weak to Ground, so plan a cover for that type before battle.
- Start simple. Fuse starters like Charmander or Bulbasaur first, then try legendaries.
- Plan a full team. Use the Infinite Fusion Team Builder to check 6 fusions together.
Additional Details and Tips
The generator has 6 extra controls next to the fusion result:
- Swap: the round arrow button flips the head and the body.
- Invert: shows the reverse fusion with one click.
- Shiny: rotates the fusion palette to a shiny color scheme.
- Download PNG: saves the fusion sprite at 4× size (384 × 384 px) for fan art or social media.
- Share Link: copies a link that opens your unique fusion for anyone.
- Type Matchups: lists every weakness, resistance and immunity of the fused typing.

- Fan games: Pokémon Infinite Fusion lets players fuse Pokémon during a full adventure, with custom sprites drawn by its community.
- Official games: Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 fuse Kyurem with Reshiram or Zekrom, and Pokémon Sword and Shield fuse Calyrex with Glastrier or Spectrier.

How does the Pokémon Fusion Generator work?
