|---|---|---|---|
| Venusaur + Charizard | Venuizard | Grass/Flying | 532 |

Why Squiasaur Is Water/Poison
Type 1 comes from the head and Type 2 from the body's second type. Squirtle gives Water. Bulbasaur is Grass/Poison, so as the body it gives its second type, Poison, not Grass. To get Water/Grass, use a pure Grass body such as Chikorita.

Primarina is the head in 9 of the top 10. Its 126 Sp. Atk and 116 Sp. Def are led by the head slot, and its low 60 Speed is replaced by the body's. The best pairs put a starter with high HP or Sp. Atk in the head and a fast or strong physical starter in the body.
Rare Typings From Starter Fusions
Final-stage starter fusions can make 1 typing that no standard form of an official Pokemon has:
- Fire/Fairy: Cinderace + Primarina = Cindearina (494 BST)
Starter Triple Fusions in Infinite Fusion
In Pokemon Infinite Fusion, the 3 starters of one region can also become a triple fusion in the late post-game. Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise make Venustoizard, a Fire/Water/Grass Pokemon that hatches as Bulbmantle and evolves twice. See all of them in Triple Fusions Explained.
Tips for Starter Fusions
- Fuse early. In Infinite Fusion a fused starter still evolves, so you can fuse the first stages and evolve the fusion.
- Mind the second type. Bulbasaur's line gives Poison as a body, and Charizard gives Flying.
- Try both orders with the Invert button in the calculator.
